    If you get Miguel he is excellent made everything easy, had us in and out with 4 new phones and service in less than 30 minutes. But wait he did more, have us his cell number as they were closing soon. My one son is a, UPS driver and was working during Christmas rush so only got Sundays off. Since he was keeping his phone, Miguel not only scheduled him for an over the air transfer when he got home at 10pm on Friday night. Then because I forgot to unlock his phone the transfer didn't go through and was stuck even after I unlocked his phone. No problem texted Miguel told him what went wrong figured he'd say we'll do it tomorrow no he says he'll just FaceTime my son and fix it online while he's at home even though Miguel is off duty. Truly great service by Miguel I really wanted to do more than just leave this review but he said that's all he needed he just loves his job. So if you get the opportunity I would strongly suggest ask for Miguel. And hey Verizon management if you're actually reading this having a guy like Miguel Guzman working for you is truly an honor you should take care of him

    I met Quai when he offered me an iPhone bundle deal, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a phone store. From the start, he was super friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. We went through every detail together , from the plan, the payment breakdown, and even the best options for the next three years. What really impressed me was how professional he was even though he was clearly busy helping other customers. He still took his time to explain everything clearly without rushing. I could tell he really cares about giving the best deal and experience to every customer. And the best part, I even got an extra gift at the end of the deal! If you ever go to this store, make sure to ask for Quai. He’s not just good at what he does . he’s one of the few people who genuinely understands both iPhone and Android systems inside out. Totally recommend him to anyone looking for honest advice, great deals, and amazing service!

    Boy I'm glad I stopped in today. RJ ' customer service was unreal. I had pop ups and he took the time to fix the problem. We don't see this kind of service too often. Not only he knows his job but he's so nice.

    I don't like writing reviews however, this experience cant go unnoticed. I had billing and phone plan issue, made an appt to go to the Verizon store. My Representative was RJ. After hearing me complain. He simply took care of all my issues and then some. He is the man and needs to be recognized for that! He made me a happy and enjoyed doing it. Thanks RJ!!

    Rj was my cellphone pro assistant! He helped me switch from T-Mobile to Verizon! Got 3 phones! Easily approved ! And super fast, and friendly! Very knowledgeable! And very helpful picking out the best plans and phones for my family! We got the iPhone 17 pro max & 2 iPhone 16s and it’s so affordable not even $200 down!!! And the phone bill is affordable and comes with tons of great perks like Netflix, Disney plus, Hulu, hbo max, espn & apple one (included Apple TV, music & games)!! SO HAPPY I SWITCHED . I’m paying less than half now! ASK FOR RJ! He’s incredible! And everyone there is super kind and helpful!
