  Nobody seems to know what they are doing. This is not the first time they have messed up my phone. When I brought my phone in before, they deleted all my information, and the employees kept blaming each other because four different people were working on it. Then seven months later, I lost my phone. I went back and told them that I did not remember my Apple ID, and I specifically told them that I did not want to start an account recovery. The day before, customer service on the phone told me that if I did account recovery, it could take weeks. Despite that, the employee still started the account recovery on my account. Since that day, it has been three weeks and I’m still having problems because of the recovery process, and I keep getting locked out of my account.

  This place really sukkkkkk dont recommend it at all its stressing most of the time and they take way to long for products that really dont work in only came here for someone thank God im a samsung person 😉

  Yesterday night my iPhone was at 5% when I went to put my daughters to bed. When I came back to my room, the screen was completely black and it would not turn on. I plugged it into its charger and not even the charging symbol appeared. I waited two hours. Nothing. Then I plugged it into my Mac charger and waited another two hours. Nothing. I followed all the Apple instructions to force restart by pressing the buttons. I held them for over a minute. Still nothing. This morning I left it charging wirelessly in my car from 7:30 am until 9:58 am, when I arrived at the Apple Store in South Windsor. I walked in right when they opened with my little crew and asked for help. The employee simply picked up my phone and turned it on. What a relief that it was “nothing,” especially since my warranty expired just one month ago. I cannot even imagine. We all know our lives are in our phones these days. He also noticed I have two iPhones and asked if one was for business, which it is. He took the time to explain what Apple offers for business customers and gave me guidance I did not know about. My problem was solved, and I left feeling supported and informed. Thank you so much. Great experience. @docsabrina
