  I can't recommend Billy highly enough. He not only helped me get my husband his first iPhone, but won my daughter and me over from Spectrum with fantastic deals we would not have figured out without him. He was courteous, affable, patient, and always happy to explain anything and everything. Even if you live far away, it's worth driving to Newtown to get the best customer care I've ever experienced from a cell phone provider. A pleasure to work with him.

  I had lost my phone and wallet. The following day I went to Spectrum who was my cell phone, home internet, TV app and home phone provider. When I explained that I lost both my cell phone and wallet and needed to replace my cell phone, the Spectrum sales person told me I couldn't without my license (Photo ID) even though I had a current, active account with Spectrum. They were insensitive to my situation, curt and rude. I left frustrated. As I drove home, I saw the Verizon Store on Churchill Rd in Newtown. I pulled in where I met the store manager, Billy, who understood my dilemma and without my Photo ID helped me to get a new phone. He was patient and helped me with the complete set up of my Photo. He is pleasant and provided incredible customer service. Everyone should leave Spectrum and come see Billy!!! He's THE BEST!

  Billy and Lucas are amazing! Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Helped me determine what phone to purchase and then transfer the data from my old phone. Can not recommend the Verizon Store in Newtown highly enough!!
