I ended up at the Putnam store. Of coarse my order was to be picked up at a store over an hour away... so frustrated. John and Jessie sure me they could help me...and they did. I got the same exact promotion and taxes were $23.00 cheaper. And l literally did it all in 20 minutes. This will be my store from this point on. Don't waste your time with Verizon online or customer service over the phone.... GO TO THIS STORE!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!! You gentleman rock!! THANK YOU!!
