    I went to the Plainville Verizon store with my wife and granddaughter to ask about lowering my phone bill. Not only did we get a more affordable bill we also added a third line for our granddaughter and great promotional free phone. Come see Ethan also the District Manager is phenomenal and very hands on.

    Kyle was AWESOME!!! What the Verizon store near my home could not do and told me was not possible (and had no explanation as to why other colleagues on my team could do it) he did in less than 10 minutes. AND fixed other issues I was having with my account.. Even though it was a 45 min drive, this is now my go too location! Thank you Kyle!!
