He spoke to me in a condescending way, like I didn’t know what I was talking about, when all I was doing was trying to return and upgrade my phone. My iPhone 17 Pro wasn’t charging, it overheated, and my service and hotspot weren’t working. There were two people there — Crystal, who was very nice and helpful — and Justin, who didn’t even greet me when walking by. When I started talking to him, he said (quote): “Crystal is great at her job and she will be helping you.” The way he said it was rude and abrupt, like he couldn’t be bothered to help. Crystal mentioned, “This has never happened to me and it’s now charging,” which just made the whole thing feel brushed off when the issue clearly wasn’t normal. Overall, I left really frustrated and disappointed with how I was treated. I just wanted to bring this to someone’s attention.
