    For me, was my first service visit.. when ı brought the laptop, they charged the service fee upfront.. i brought it to clean the fan.. ı got a call in couple of days, they said the harddrive gave a diagnose issue , ı authorized them to install a new harddrive in addition to fan cleaning.. Then a day later, they notified laptop was ready to be picked up.. the paperwork says installed the new hard drive.. they had taken service fee upfront for fan cleaning, but during pickup they claimed i didn’t pay such thing as there is no record on the account!!! Luckily i had the receipts on me... she was surprized but subtracted the fee i had already paid.. Then looking at the details on paperwork of service activity.. i found they didn’t even do anything to clean the fan!! It is sad.. why wasted my time and money if they weren’t going to do the service i brought my laptop in for? Why accept it for service, if you feel it is too difficult to do.. Now i know, it is NOT the best place to get my computer for repair..

    I want to take this opportunity to say Thank You to Courtney at the Geek Squad. I was at the store twice on Saturday, 8/8/20, to get assistance from the Geek Squad and both times, I had the pleasure of her waiting on me. She was so patient explaining every thing to me. I carried in my big, old hard drive and she gave me an education about computers while simultaneously fixing mine. The Geek Squad is the best and I will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you, Courtney! I am also going to recommend Best Buy to people as well. Every time I have come to the store, I have always been treated so nicely by all the employees. I am older, and although this technology intimidates me, no one at Best Buy makes me feel uncomfortable. So Thank You Best Buy as well! Thank you all so much!

    Went to Best Buy located in orange to exchange the item that I purchased yesterday , unfortunately I missed placed my reciept , the item was just $24 , the Mgr Matt if remember his name he wasn’t helpful at all . Next time I will just shop in Norwalk , where they provide outstanding customer service .
