I was at the store twice on Saturday, 8/8/20, to get assistance from the Geek Squad and both times, I had the pleasure of her waiting on me. She was so patient explaining every thing to me. I carried in my big, old hard drive and she gave me an education about computers while simultaneously fixing mine. The Geek Squad is the best and I will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you, Courtney! I am also going to recommend Best Buy to people as well. Every time I have come to the store, I have always been treated so nicely by all the employees. I am older, and although this technology intimidates me, no one at Best Buy makes me feel uncomfortable. So Thank You Best Buy as well! Thank you all so much!
