- DCDarlene ChulakJan 27, 20195.0All of the Geek Squad staff were respectful, friendly & helpful for the entire time I needed assistance. Agent Phil did wonders transfering data off of a business black screen, non access cell phone, that the Mobile Network's Repair Center no longer offers. I also now realize that the Mobile Network's Repair Staff made several errors in transfer on another previously dysfunctional cell phone 22 months ago. And while some important documents were lost in this week's event, I realize that zero data would have transferred, without the patience, experience, dedication & trouble shooting strategies that Phil was able to execute. I will now consider more purchases at this Orange store. Thank you to the Geek Squad Staff & especially Phil, for the level of professionalism extended at such a critical time.
