Nate (Nathan) unfortunately no longer at the Orange Ct. store installed it. Sales person, not Nate, recommended the wrong one. Nate installed compatible one, unfortunately it was a bad unit. Called him made an appointment and he installed another one and it is just great. When I enter the store there is always a smiling face and a nice welcome and "Can I help you find something" question. I am disabled and OLD so it is nice that they direct me as it is a big big store. I have been happy with everything I have purchased for the last 8 years. They are great when I come in with a lower price AD, they always honour it for me. Nate, even said the one he finally put in saved me money. Great Customer service. If I could I would give the Orange Ct. store '10" OUT OF 10. Maybe I have been lucky, but 8 years of buying, just think they have well trained people.
