- ATAndy TiNov 26, 20222.0Some the employees are very rude and do to help. Others are helpful so it’s a mixed experience. One of their employees was very very rude and I had to leave the store because I felt unwelcome.

Purchased a brand new Samsung Smart TV from them in June and the picture went completely out this month. Best Buy would not take the tv back and replace it with a new one because the return was after "15 days." This is absurd; tv was not damaged by anyone in the household (there's only two of us) and it was working fine until the screen went completely blank; audio was still working. Best Buy suggested reaching the manufacturer. Now, it has been two weeks of dealing with the manufacturer and repair technicians trying to get this fixed and still no tv. Technician stated that the problem was due to mishandling the tv either in the factory or the seller's warehouse. Outrageous that you need to spend additional money at Best Buy to get a warranty for anything beyond 15 days of purchase, especially when the merchandise was damaged before it was sold.
