Had, and always do, very satisfactory experience. Had CD?Radio installed in my 1999 Lincoln Town Car. Nate (Nathan) unfortunately no longer at the Orange Ct. store installed it. Sales person, not Nate, recommended the wrong one. Nate installed compatible one, unfortunately it was a bad unit. Called him made an appointment and he installed another one and it is just great. When I enter the store there is always a smiling face and a nice welcome and "Can I help you find something" question. I am disabled and OLD so it is nice that they direct me as it is a big big store. I have been happy with everything I have purchased for the last 8 years. They are great when I come in with a lower price AD, they always honour it for me. Nate, even said the one he finally put in saved me money. Great Customer service. If I could I would give the Orange Ct. store '10" OUT OF 10. Maybe I have been lucky, but 8 years of buying, just think they have well trained people.
