Some the employees are very rude and do to help. Others are helpful so it’s a mixed experience. One of their employees was very very rude and I had to leave the store because I felt unwelcome.

I brought my Dell laptop to this Best Buy's Geek Squad in Orange CT. I explained that the "h" key wasn't working on the key board. I needed this key to work whereas it was in the password. the clerk took out some compressed air and tried to dislodge what ever was causing the key not to work. It didn't work and I then was told that they would have to send it out for repairs. I asked if there was any way to bypass the password and was told that they couldn't do that. I asked where it was being sent and was told that it would be sent to A Dell repair facility. I asked for the computer back after being asked for $85.00 for shipping and returning it. I call Dell service upon getting home and told the tech the same thing and asked if there was any way to get into the computer. He didn't hesitate to tell me the the computer had a screen keyboard and to use it to get into the computer. He further explained that by using this it may clear the keyboard. It did and this was done at no cost. I believe that I was being scammed by the tech at best buy. beware!!!!!
