I traded in two devices on two separate lines — my iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max — and upgraded both to the iPhone 17 Pro Max, and the entire process was seamless, efficient, and stress-free. This is entirely thanks to William Kim (K-I-M), former Marine and it shows, I truly appreciate white glove customer service like this because it's rare now a days. William was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and he went above and beyond at every step to make sure everything was handled perfectly across both devices. He explained all of my options clearly, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I was getting the best possible value for my trade-ins and upgrade. I never once felt rushed or confused — just genuinely taken care of. He even wrote me a detailed list incase I had any hurdles, he provided his number to contact him directly to solve any issues. (There wasn't any, William made this experience seamless) This was hands-down one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. Because of William, I will absolutely be returning, and I will be recommending him and this location to all of my family and friends without hesitation. If you’re thinking about upgrading or switching devices, ask for William Kim — you won’t be disappointed. Best service I’ve received in a very long time.
