- HRHeleen RaesSep 18, 20233.0I experienced a small issue with my laptop and decided to drop by and see if they could squeeze me in instead of making an appointment the next day. The staff were friendly and agreed to take a quick look at my laptop, which I was grateful for. They told me to come back in 5 minutes but when I returned, they approached me like a new customer and seemed to have forgotten who I was and which laptop belonged to me. It eventually took another 30 minutes for them to fix my issue. Overall, their work is good and I think it’s a smooth process if you have the time to make an appointment. Walk-ins are a little less smooth, but at least they allow it!
