  Came in for my 3:35 appointment. I walked up to a worker to check in. He pretended to check me in and told me to sit by the wooden stools. I patiently waited until 4:15 until I got tired of sitting there waiting and I went up again to a worker and he let me know the first worker indeed did not check me in. Regardless, not one worker came up to me the whole I sat there to check if I needed help. The first worker should be ashamed since it appeared he didn’t even want to help me the second I walked in.

  rude staff, they just stand around instead of asking if you need help and when you do ask for help they send you to someone who already looked away when you walked in.

  I’d like to report an issue I experienced at your store on Saturday, 11/29 at 12:10 pm. I don’t speak English well, so I usually ask the Spanish-speaking staff for help. When I walked in, Mateo ignored me, even though it was clear he was not busy and was asking other customers if they needed help. This led to us arguing, which ended with him saying, “get out of my store,” pointing at the door, which was completely uncalled for and intimidating. During our argument, the store manager came out because things had gotten very loud. However, she was not able to help, partly due to the language barrier, and it felt like the team controlled the narrative rather than addressing the issue. After leaving the store, I returned to ask a coworker for Mateo’s name so I could submit a complaint. As she began giving me his first name, another coworker who appeared close to Mateo intervened and stopped her, which made it feel like they were grouping up against me. The way he intervened felt unprofessional and gave the impression he was influencing how others interacted with me as well. This is not the first time something like this has happened, including a previous visit with my sister and her nephew, and it feels like a pattern that needs to be addressed. My family and I come prepared to make purchases, but receiving basic assistance at this location has been difficult and does not reflect Apple’s standard of service. Because of this, I will be taking my business to the Greenwich Apple Store, where the staff has consistently been welcoming and helpful. I hope this matter is reviewed and handled appropriately. Wish I could give zero stars.
