The wait time to see a tech was horribly long, I think close to 40 minutes, and when they finally appeared instead of addressing the problem tried to upsell us by offering something we knew we didn't need. I thought that Apple was beyond bait and switch, but I guess I was wrong. Two stars instead of one because the woman who checked us in was friendly and professional.
