  Buyer Beware! Caveat Emptor - zero stars (had to choose just one in order to submit Google review but they do not deserve that!!). If you have a recurring Home Services Team policy cancel it immediately for you are wasting your hard earned money. Best Buy is a colossal waste! I define colossal waste as: zero customer service when you call in for assistance (unless you consider getting transferred then disconnected & have to call back how sad), you buy a home services policy paying north of two hundred dollars and they have the unmitigated gall to clock you for another $125.00 dollar home service charge - wake up people! Mind you we never contacted them before on this policy so it is not that we were using it alot - oh sorry you get a puny 20% off on new equipment and tied into dealing with these dregs! Call into their call center and get AI bot & then a human who knows less than AI bot & ask for a supervisor to call you back & forgetaboutit for ain't happening. They should have a secret shopper to see how much Bestbuy customers suffer. Why pay premium prices & then get raked over the coals? Just go somewhere you can get the best price & this company is going south I would say into bankruptcy! You cannot even off their website send a communication to any executive who would be able to resolve or help with your issue. When you cannot communicate with a company stay away! Funny I read the attached customers praise of the Bestbuy Norwalk store manager & I was amazed for he lacks the professionalism / courtesy to return my voicemail I left today. I was transferred to his store from Bestbuy call center representative. These are the kind of managers they promote with their company of philosophy of take their money & offer ZERO SUPPORT! This was the last shot I am giving this company. I spent north of seven thousand dollars on a home entertainment system & this is the total lack of commitment to their customers support. A senior level executive should read this. Again I wanted to give ZERO but need to at a minimum do one!
