  Kimberly greeted me as I walked in the store. I came in very anxious, not really knowing what I wanted/needed and she put me at ease. Kimberly gave me a quick tour, so I would know how to navigate the store the next time I came in. She also let me know about Apple classes that I could attend. Kimberly was friendly, informative and was sure to answer all of my questions before my scheduled appointment with Brian, who was equally as informative and helpful. Brian helped me pair my new device, get the added devices I needed and feel comfortable with my purchase decision.

  Busy but the service is quick. They find you. Help you. Away you go. I came in for a new phone. The apple worker was respectful, attentive, patient. Answered what I needed. Parking at sono collection is ridiculous but otherwise efficient.

  I was so pleased today with the staff and their professionalism. I am very happy with my new iPhone 17 Pro Max in deep blue( 512GB) everything went so smoothly, Daniel was outstanding!!!! as well Nicole & Stephanie;! thank you guys for helping me out with transfer data to my new iPad and to my new iPhone very satisfied thx !!!

  My mother fell victim to a scam. She was convinced to go to this store and buy $1500 worth of apple gift cards. She's the definition of a vulnerable adult. It's something that's evident if you just look or speak to her. The fact that the staff here allowed her to buy that much in gift cards tells me that you have absolutely zero training for your employee's to help prevent this. Train your employees better. Be better.
