He was professional, kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. The first time we went in was on a Sunday morning — he was the only employee there, handling five customers at once — and somehow managed to give every single person his full attention. We never felt rushed or ignored; he made sure everyone was taken care of with a smile and positive attitude. When I went back again recently, it was the same experience.
