  Went to Best Buy with 2 of my boys for a pokemon event today. The staff were fantastic and set up a really cool experience for the kids. My boys loved trading cards and building Pikachu figurines. The fact that there was pokemon things both for free (for the kids) and to buy at a store these days is a testament to the staff that ran the event. Would highly recommend this location and definitely recommend them and other locations running one of these events again in the future!

  Receiving can’t competently obtain packages from vendors. Instead of contacting customers they let orders sit in limbo rather than “working on getting it to you in a few days”- after 3 weeks it takes 2 hours on the phone to find out it was delivered and never processed in and since it’s been so long “it’d be pretty difficult for me to find it and I can’t get you a replacement” - 7-10 business days for a refund as well with not expedite options. Rough!

  Adam from north haven best buy. Spent 30 min on the phone researching a price lower for a (2021) pioneer vsx-lx505 receiver.. he was patience and kind and trying to find a good solution for me.. i thought he was the sales manager or higher.. but his support help me by answering all my questions.. my only 4 stars less due too.. he did not call me back with a buy NOW PRICE.. i would have ! Adam was great ! Sorry best buy is not flexible to make a sell. For a True buying customer in 2026.. ! If Adam contact me with the price he has a buyer! Thanks for a good salesmen 2/18/2026 .

  I needed help on my husband's iPhone. Bought that brand as it's supposed to be good for blindness. But the technology seems wonky. I tried all the hints. So I go to Geek Squad, and wait maybe 10 mins. The person in front of me, is happy her laptop works again. I show him the iPhone. It's just a blank brick. No brightness no changes. But keeps telling the time. So he of this is easy. As I watch go thru the same hints, no luck. He says let me go in back and connect a keyboard. I say "you can connect a keyboard? He says yes. Comes back out, phone is now working properly. I said maybe I need to buy a keyboard! He says that didn't work on this one. He showed to slowly try to pull up the screen from the bottom. Works great.

  According to Jason and Brian, Best Buy has implemented a new “policy” as of three weeks ago stating that activations cannot be completed after 7:00 PM on weekends. Brian, who did not have a name tag on, claimed to be a manager. This explanation appeared inconsistent and seemed to be used to avoid assisting us. Despite this claim, we were ultimately assisted at 7:10 PM, which directly contradicts the alleged policy. The store also remained open until 9:00 PM, and we had been waiting since 6:55 PM. If such a policy truly exists, it should be clearly posted or communicated to customers. Otherwise, providing misleading information to avoid helping customers is unacceptable. Additionally, the condition of the restrooms was poor and did not meet basic cleanliness standards.
