    the AT&T sales reps here need to stop messing up people’s accounts and sending them to the AT&T store across the street. Do NOT go to these third party representatives.

    Horrible customer service do not go here!! Got suckered into buying Microsoft 365 and according to best buys website you can return this in store. Drove 20 minutes just to be told I have to call them?? Two women were very uninterested in helping me. One flat out told me it's not returnable which is just not true. Don't lie to customers! The second one told me I had to call. I did call and got a full refund but I'll be avoiding this best buy. If you can't return Microsoft office in the store, update your website! And stop having kids push things they don't know anything about. Kid who sold me this was probably 16 and didn't say it wasn't returnable. Also didn't say it automatically renews despite me asking multiple times! I get it as I used to work in retail and they pressure these teenagers to push products but this is ridiculous. Staff needs training. Scammy behavior 👎🏻
