    If I could put 0 I would!!! I paid for a new tv 75 inch and I used my mom account number and I changed it to my own house the papers saying it’s to ct but in the morning I get a call from my mom that live in nj but it says in the papers ct and they did a mistake before abt the delivery with price they don’t know how to work even the manager helped me but still delivery wrong I can’t do nothing with the tv now I don’t hv a big car I will never order from there something or buy if you guys can run away from there

    Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. We called the online help number to get our phone fixed. They told us to schedule a time to visit Geek Squad in the store. We did that and went to the store at the appointment time. After being at the store for an hour the Geek Squad member told us that they can't help us with the Geek Squad Protection plan. From there they told us to go online and call a number. We then went back home and called the number. Only to have them try to set us up with an in-store Geek Squad appointment. We explained to them we already did that and the Geek Squad member told us to call the online number. Then the call center proceeded to hang up. We called back, asked for a manager, after more time on hold they hung up on us. So then we called the store, only to find out calling the store just sends you to the call center. Their answer for getting ahold of someone in the store???? Just keep calling the store until it doesn't send you to the call center. What a terrible way to treat your customer. First you waste our time in store, then you waste our time with a call center. There isn't even an option to allow me to just wait for the store team to not be busy. Completely unacceptable way to treat your customer. This holiday season I will be skipping best buy and I suggest you do to.

    I just went to my local Best Buy here in North Haven Connecticut. I was looking for a good camera to start blogging when I go on my vacation. I had a lovely person named James help me go through every camera I was under my budget which was $600 he was amazing. Helped me this man deserves a raise. I give him 10 stars if I could .

    Best Buy customer service is just not good. We bought two major appliances from them and a snafu occurred. They were unwilling to fix it and equally unwilling to provide a date when that could happen (I was told I had to wait 2 to 3 days to be even able to even schedule a resolution). We have major appliance purchases coming up over the next few months, and I would recommend anyone steer clear of Best Buy. There are people in the store are very nice. , But their customer service centers are just a way to Stonewall and get out of actually helping their customers. In response to the person who said to message them on social media, I went on the Facebook page and hit message and had my messages rejected with a “ couldn’t send”. I left a comment on one of your posts telling everybody. What a great customer service you guys offer. It just gets better and better. I finally get through to somebody on their social media page that they recommended I contact. I tell them what’s going on, I wait another 25 minutes to be told that they’re not going to fix anything this week but next week. In other words, I need to wait two weeks for them to resolve any issue, and then the person working with me bugs out without even waiting for a response from me. I’ve spent over two hours with their customer non-service people today just to end up with no resolution and no hope of a resolution anytime soon. They’re some good products, but they are not a good company. We’re gonna hire somebody local to finish what they can’t.

    If you enjoy making an appointment just for them to tell you they do not have time to fix your phone this is the place for you. Jason told me to come back the next day at 10 AM and they would take care of me right away. When I got there I had to wait almost 40 minutes and had to leave because I had to get to work. I was then told to come back again and they would take care of me right away. When I came back I could see the geek squad agent, Darren, aimlessly walking around the store he was taking so long the girl in front of me got up and left. I then had to wait another 30 minutes again just for them to again tell me “we do not have time to fix your device.” The level of customer service they have is subpar and needs to be rectified, they are completely unwilling to work with customers.
