- TDTy DoyleDec 23, 20251.0I have been no-call no-showed twice now right before Christmas. Took days off from work to be there. And there is not a care in the world from Best Buy or Geek Squad. I called almost every day between the first and second no-show to ensure it didn't happen again -- still did. I will do everything I can to never use Best Buy in any capacity again... and will do my best to make sure no one else I know does.

He even forewarned me about a potential keyboard defect, which actually occurred later when I took it home. The name Brian comes to mind, the other is Anthony. So, I could be an old grouch and blame him. No blame, just good service. This stuff happens, more often in electronics than the usual crap that life gives out. Be grateful for each breath and each foot forward! Paul
