  If I could give this 0 stars I would. Watch what you buy here and make sure your serial numbers match. Seriously. They're cons. About a month ago we purchased what we thought was a 65-In OLED Samsung television, because that's what was displayed on the box. When we brought it back within the return time frame, they told us that the two serial numbers don't match and the TV we brought them is a different model than the one the receipt says we purchased. We tried to get a resolution and they wouldn't get us a manager and claimed that it wasn't their fault and wasn't their problem because they're not responsible for what comes inside those boxes. But I really would have thought to ensure customer satisfaction that they'd have someone checking things before purchase. So now we're out 2k and they got a purchase from another customer and more money in their pockets and we have a TV we don't want and can't use.

  Stay away from Geek Squad here - it's literally a scam. I brought in a desktop PC to be fixed. After paying the fee, they looked at it and tried to upsell me on a brand new, expensive custom built PC. I didn't want that, so I just picked up my (unfixed) computer. So basically I paid for the privilege of getting an unwanted upsell and my computer is still broken. It's a scam, just stay away
