    Buyers beware: I purchased an extended warranty on a controller. After making an appointment via corporate, who informed me they would try to fix the controller and if not they would replace it and returning to the store, they told me they could only replace the controller. However, the price of the controller is different than what I paid and they expected me to pay the additional cost on the controller. I will not be purchasing from Best Buy.

    I made a large purchase, and they scheduled my delivery and installation for Tuesday Dec 9th. Monday the 8th I received a call from a geek squad member telling me that I did not pay for the installation which I did. It's clear as day on my receipt. While trying to explain this to him, he kept cutting me off and interrupting me. The fifth time I asked him to stop interrupting me this geek squad member hung up on me. I went down to the store after that because he cancelled my delivery. Courtney the store manager agreed with me that I did in fact pay for everything and that he should not have done this. She put me in touch with best buy customer service supervisor that promised me she was working to have my original scheduled delivery time (Tuesday the 9th) put back on the schedule and that I would get a call back from her before she left for the night. That was 24 hours ago now. I arranged my schedule to be home for the delivery and now because of this geek members incompetence my schedule is screwed up and now I feel like they are avoiding me. I'm on the verge of cancelling my entire order and bringing my business elsewhere.
