    Is a simple smile really that hard? The staff was disengaged and unhelpful. Guidance was almost nonexistent. Definitely not an experience worthy of Apple.

    I went there today to get help with my phone and my Apple Watch, and Carlos was the genius who helped me and he was so sweet and helpful. He explained things to me very thoroughly and was very patient and helped resolved my issue!

    My daughter's iPhone 16 pro started having issues within less than a year of owning it, not being able to make cellular calls and getting stuck in SOS mode. It was replaced. Two weeks beyond the 90 day replacement warranty, the phone was showing that it was charging, but wouldn't actually charge. The only solutions offered were to pay $500 to maybe repair it or pay close to $700 for a replacement phone. Having to replace two phones in 14 months, you'd think Apple would stand behind their product and do the right thing in supporting a customer of 25 years but I guess that doesn't matter. Their profits are in the billions which is clearly all they care about. Verizon on the other hand used common sense and is doing the right thing for the customer and will be replacing the phone. I'll be sticking with Verizon. I don't know that I'll be able to say the same thing about Apple when it's time for a phone upgrade.
