However, I bought a new computer a few days ago, and the person who helped with the setup was sullen and uncommunicative. He wondered off while I was trying to complete the process and seemed to resent my questions. I will have to make an appointment at the Genius Bar to complete the process.

I see nothing has changed since the last time I came in 2 years ago and had the same experience. Pathetic!
