  I have to say that Mark at the Naugatuck Verizon store was amazing. We purchased four new phones three of them went through with no problem. One of them gave us difficulty. Didn’t know why what the reason was, but Mark helped us correct the situation. He had to deal with Apple to get it resolved and we had to keep coming back-and-forth for almost 3 weeks before he was finally able to correct the entire situation. I can’t thank him enough for all of his patients and all the help that he gave us. He was wonderful.

  Unfortunately, every time we’ve gone to this store we’ve had issues. This last time, we upgraded our phones on our business account. We worked with Alex, who was very nice and seemed to want to help us get a great deal. Everything went well until we the bill came. We were told if we trade in our phones we’d get two months free (after trade credits hit) and our bill would be $180 per month. We’ve been paying over $300 a month since August, it’s now February. We’ve been in the store and called Verizon business countless times and no one has been able to help. We were promised a free tablet with the deal we got, but we’ve been charged for that device the whole time. They added an extra line without telling us, and we had been paying for that until someone at Verizon business finally took that off. There’s been no explanation from anyone for why our bill is still nearly double what it’s supposed to be. When we call the Verizon 800 number they’re telling us everything is correct. We would not have agreed to a $300 bill, when we were only paying $130 before. All we did was trade in and upgrade our phones.And even if we were paying the full monthly cost for our phones with no credits, it still wouldn’t equate to $300 and no one can explain why this is so high. Extremely disappointed in the service we’ve gotten from this store AND Verizon’s customer service line.

  This has been the worst phone experience I’ve ever had . Constantly on the phone with Verizon corporate to fix the mistakes that were made at this store . Still haven’t gotten anything really handled . Getting in touch with supervisors is at least an hour process each time . Going to the store is pointless because they can’t do anything . Horrible experience and a waste of time and money . Be better and help your customers when you make mistakes .
