I upgraded to a new phone (by choice) and couldn't be happier with the transition and the transaction. He was not pushy, he even offered me to upgrade to the same (but newer) model for free but I chose to upgrade to a bigger and better phone anyway. There's about 2 or 3 Verizon locations that are closer to my house than this store but if I ever have any problems with my phone ever again I will certainly be returning to the Monroe location!
