- AHAubrie HotchkissApr 17, 20265.0We have been going here since august of 2021. I should have made this review sooner honestly because they have always been so good to us. We moved states months ago and transferred to another vca with our second puppy. They are terrible and we pay for careclub. We actually called VCA baybrook for some help this afternoon and they were amazing as usual. I wish I could continue taking my dogs here but they can't fly on planes :( Michele took care of us today and my dog Fiona heard her voice and got so excited to hear her! Michele was an amazing help and even called me back within an hour! Our new vet seems to just not be calling us back and again, careclub? Baybrook will always be our favorite vet and animal hospital. They did fantastic years ago with fionas spay, and I wish we could take our Winnie there as well. They even have Fiona's recovery from spay on their Facebook page (because they're the best). If you're wondering, yes, take your dog here. Yes, they really do care. Yes, they will do anything they can to help. Thank you again Michele and Dr. Dailey I really wish every vca was as great as baybrook. P.s. paying the pup tax so attached is Fiona meeting her baby sister Winnie:)
- DBDiana BMar 17, 20265.0They are awesome my parents called about 6pm when they were closing that their 16yr old dog having seizure they told them bring her right in they were waiting outside when my parents pulled up grabbed their dog rushed inside and did all they could for her but unfortunately she passed but everyone was so nice and comforted my parents during their hard lost.
