    Had my Mazda CX-5 serviced at Mazda of Milford last week and the experience was great. The service was fast, professional, and well organized. They clearly explained what was needed now and what to plan for in future services. Overall, a very satisfying experience. Highly recommend.

    Ray was an absolute pleasure to work with on securing my Cx30! He was very patient and thorough with going over all functions of my car as well as reaching out to see how the car is doing after purchasing. Like he says, “he takes care of his people” and that is evident.

    My husband took my car in for this latest service appointment. Therefore, I really can't review it properly. Unfortunately he does not do surveys. Sorry. I did see the video of the walk through diagnostics. I really like that Mazda gives me a chance to be there without actually being there!

    In summary: looking to make a quick sale, without truly listening to the customer. Would question the knowledge, validity and honesty of the individuals I interacted with. I am new to Mazda and wanted to first and foremost see if I liked the CX90- I made this clear many times. I was at the dealership for nearly 2 hours, as they were insistent on getting all information of my current vehicle- for a possible trade in. They even had a finance employee sit with me, who was adamant on providing figures and ensuring I had information to make the best financial decision. These figures never came this visit, and I was told I would be called the next day to go over them. A week later, I receive a call from the sales agent and the sales manager. It quickly became clear, they forgot about me, and lost all the information I had provided to them. It then turned into an episode of "Deal or no Deal" where I reiterated what I was looking for, and the details of my current vehicle. They would "listen" and say we will run numbers and will call you back in 5 minutes. They called me back once (not within 5 minutes), with information that once again didn't match what I shared with them. I was told they would reach out to me again, and they never did. They saw me as someone they could make a quick deal with, a deal that probably wasn't a good one. They realized I wasn't born yesterday and decided to move on, to someone else they probably neglected to follow up with. As someone truly in the market for a new vehicle, someone who could have developed strong brand loyalty- Mazda really disappointed.

    I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Mazda of Milford! Mike in the service department was super helpful. The mechanic, Matt, was great too! All employees were friendly and welcoming and made sure my experience was a positive one. Coffee and water available while you wait. My car was diagnosed, fixed and back on the road in less than 3 hours. I even got a picture with Frosty 😁
