    I cannot recommend this dealership more. Shiful was my salesperson and he was beyond incredible with walking me through the process and talked me through every step. He showed me every single feature, inside and out of the car. He was extremely communicative and respectful. Jesus is who I worked on finance with, and wow. He a GEM to this dealership. He was very honest and up front and that meant more than I could ever write. He worked super hard to get me a deal that I could say yes to and talked me through each step and why numbers were what they were. I was scammed by another dealership and came in very hesitant to look, both Jesus and Shi were respectful of it and talked me through every step without any pressure ever. It was a very honest and upfront deal. If you are looking for a Mazda, Mazda or Milford is who you need to work with.

    I'm writing to share my feedback regarding my recent vehicle purchase at Mazda of Milford. From the moment I arrived I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by Cordell Barboza, he was helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. Cordell answered all my questions without being pushy, Cordell and all the staff at Mazda of Milford exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new vehicle go see Cordell. I promise you won't be disappointed.Thank you for making my car buying experience positive and memorable.

    Having bought two cars here I like to bring my car for servicing as it's peace of mind to know the car is being looked over. However 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. The worst part is there's no communication from the service people during this time. I expect after an hour to get some form of update - if they're finishing up, car is getting washed, etc. and have some time to digest whatever work is being recommended. After 2 hours of waiting, no upsell recommendation will convince me to stay longer than if they were to recommend it after the first hour. My last two visits involved a defensive service person after I mentioned a long waiting time and the fact my car was making a noise while driving out of the parking lot. They had just sealed their parking lot but the noise was jarring. When I mentioned this they were extremely defensive and hand waived the noise as due to the sealant used. This turned out to be true but there was no communication prior so the reason seemed more of an excuse. If multiple customers complained of the same thing, why not be proactive with notifying customers prior to them leaving before having to field these comments? I drive 30mins to come here but if my next service appointment is like the last I'll probably look to move to Honda or Toyota that are nearby and have a better service experience.

    If you want a smooth and enjoyable car buying process from start to finish, work with Kim! My dad recently bought a car here and worked with her, so when it was my turn after my car got totaled, we went back to her and i’m so glad we did! The whole process felt like a friendly and comfortable interaction not a sales pitch, she truly had my best interest in mind. I wanted a specific color interior they didn’t have on the lot and she made it happen within 24 hours. Kim is very informative and thorough, she walked me through everything i would need to know about the car and was very communicative with me, even following up and offering any assistance i may need on her day off after i already bought the car. A lovely and rare experience.

    I recently had both of my vehicles serviced here. During the first visit, they called after the inspection and provided a price quote that included several items, one of which was injector cleaning. I agreed to the full list. However, when I picked up the car and reviewed the invoice, I noticed that the injector cleaning had not been performed. When I called to ask about it, the representative denied ever mentioning it. I’m not sure how I would have known to expect it if it hadn’t been discussed during the call. During the second visit, they again called with a breakdown of the charges, which I approved. After the service was completed, I discovered an additional $250 “discovery technician fee” had been added, even though this was never mentioned beforehand. Based on these experiences, I do not feel that the pricing and communication were honest. Be very careful with your communications and ask for a written invoice before you agree. I will never go there.
