- AAAlanzoFeb 2, 20261.0I purchased a phone and moved my line to Total Wireless early Jan 2026. I have not been able to receive texts since day one. I spoke with tech support multiple times for over 3 hours in total. I brought the phone to the store at which point they called tech support with me there, for over an hour. I spoke once again with the manager/tech support for over an hour. Still can't text. I am being offered a "potential fix" by porting out my number and back in again, which I will lose my $100 promo that I'm expecting back within 2 months. This company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Literally, there is no customer service phone number. I highly suggest you do not consider doing business with a company with no ability to remedy issues, especially something as highly important as text.
