Come to find out they hung the tv to high and set up my surround sound as a 7-2 and not the 5-2 it is. My son found it when we added a sub. He fixed that (wasted $75) and he’s going to help me rehang the TV. I should have waited for him and saved that $money as well.

Had 3 techs come out for a repair on a 9 month old tv and the companies (Best Buy and insignia) don’t want to stand behind their product. I can understand if it was more than a year old. But this tv was bought in November of last year (2019).
