  Person at the geek squad desk diagnosed my computer as un-repairable. She sent me over to the computer department where I bought a great computer from a very knowledgeable sales associate. She found me a computer on sale that fits my somewhat specific needs. . I was in the store a total of 25 minutes. I was/am very happy. The price was what I expected. No sticker shock.

  Over the last couple months I've upgraded several things in my home. Best Buy has helped with that process. Whether it be Manchester, West Hartford, or Newington, they've had what I'm looking for and all the staff have been friendly and helpful. Plus, their price matching & member benefits are really helpful for shopping as well.

  I called to get virus taken off my phone and was told they could take care of it, So I drove for 45 minutes to get there, only to find out that not only did you need an appointment but it was 179.00. Plus the women was rude and made me feel like I was being an inconvenience to her. Im on disability, So it would have been nice for someone to inform me of this before wasting the gas and time to get there and back home. I really hope you don't treat all your disabled people this way.

  Broay or "Brody" started laughing at me when making a request. The most unprofessional and uncomfortable thing I've ever seen in my life. I will be contacting corporate about this insanely unprofessional behavior. Good job "bud". Good job. This man doesn't belong being in an supervisory position. I am appalled bestbuy has promoted him this far.

  Best Buy, Manchester, CT We had the need to purchase two pricey items, a few days apart. And we chose Best Buy because of their selection and good price. (I was only present for the second trip purchase) My boyfriend first went alone to Best Buy. He told me that he felt "overwhelmed by sales people as soon as i walked in the door". He also said that the same salesperson asked him twice and the second salesperson didn't even look him in his face at their intro, he kept looking down as he was writing on it. So, he went walked out and went another day and when he did, he asked an important question many of the salespersons did not. However, he had done the research and knew what he was buying, anyway. And bought the laptop. Our trip together was different. Not one salesperson asked us if we needed help in any way. Not even when we walked thru the doors. We finally arrived at the agreement of the same one. It happened to be way up on the top shelf, unreachable by patrons. We both walked around the store. I asked someone if they could page someone, took them a while to come. They did come, got the box down. We were happy and went to pay. At checkout, I felt like we were harassed to buy insurance on the product, which we declined, but one or two Nos is ok, but not to the level it got. Just annoying. Just now this evening, my bf cant charge his laptop. It doesn't even charge. Grrrr!! I hope, when we try the second item, it impresses us because right....eehhh.
