Also you have 30 days, 60 days if you buy their membership, to get price matches and returns. Ive taken advantage of this program on almost every item I've bought. Also if you get their card, you can get points for actual cash discounts off products. Watch for promos that need to be activated as well as setting the points to acrue rather than issue expiring certificates automatically. Some open box products can save you hundreds. See attached receipts for examples.

Forget about professionalism, the guys at the pick up desk were straight up making fun of me and the entire interaction was dreadful. He literally made faces looking at my driver's license. Possible those guys didn't like my skin color, and its disappointing that my young kid had to witness this humiliation. Not returning to this store.

- SSSteveDec 29, 20251.0Very bad experience with their geek squad. The first appointment to install the surround sound we were told it would cost $50 extra by their technician. When we verified with Best Buy that we did not owe $50 the technician took the equipment that we already paid for and left. We went to the store and was told they would setup another appointment. Waited that whole day and nobody showed up. When I called I was told they are on their way. I never received a call or text. Time to shop elsewhere.

Got it home and it did not turn on. Brought it back to return 90 minutes later and the Manager accused us of breaking the TV. Refused to give a refund because "we broke it." Reached out to Best Buy Corporate. They sent me a letter detailing all of the reasons we were wrong (ignoring the fact that their product did not work).
