While the employees were very kind and trying to be helpful, they were beyond incompetent, and pretty much every step of the process went wrong, from setting up the phone to pricing it. I almost thought I was being pranked, it was so bad. I cannot believe that a company can be as big as Verizon and run this poorly. If you value your time and sanity, do not go to this store. Hell, choose a different carrier.

We only had to wait 2 minutes and then he spent about 20 minutes with us taking care of everything we came in for PLUS he reviewed her account and found ways to save her money while protecting her phone and service. He is a very kind, patient, warm, personable, and knowledgeable person and we were just so pleased to have such a positive and productive experience.
