- CBchristopher beesley4 days ago1.0I recently upgraded two new iphones at this store. We were told by the representative at the store that we had several deals that applied to our accounts. We were told we were eligible for two free lines for 36 months, a reduced rate on our bill if we accepted the Verizon back up internet device and a free new phone for my wife. I asked them to use my Verizon card points to pay for my new phone and my wife's should have been no charge. In the months following, I have been billed for both of the supposedly free lines. The backup internet device was also not free, and the points I asked them to use were never used. I went back to the store to have this resolved, but they aren't a corporate store, so I am left navigating the Verizon corporate phone tree.

The store is ludicrously undermanned (I’ve only seen one guy there at a time and they multitask for up to half a dozen people or more), but Troy and Festus hold down the fort and go beyond as well. Very impressed by them.

Troy was absolutely amazing at multitasking and kept everyone happy. Very kind and knows what he is doing. A customer who was unhappy about a prior transaction and had a somewhat strange and rambling story came in about 5 minutes to closing and was treated with respect and patience. You have a great employee, I hope you treat him well.
