When I explained the problem to the staff member assigned to me, they failed to respond and offered no explanation or solution. The employee — a woman — barely made eye contact and did not address me directly; the interaction was dismissive and, in my view, clearly discriminatory. This lack of basic customer service and professional conduct was striking and inexcusable. I had intended to purchase accessories during my visit, but their behavior dissuaded me from making any purchases. I left the store without a resolution and feeling unwelcome and discriminated against. I cannot recommend this location and will not return.
