I went in looking for more information on the new Samsung phones, was thinking about making the switch from an iPhone. The staff were extremely knowledgeable in the differences between the phones. They helped me make the best decision for my needs. Looking for a new phone this is the place to start!

I wish I could give them a good review but I can't even reach them on the phone to find out where my upgrade is I was supposed to receive an email within 2 hours of my order and it's now reaching four hours and I have heard nothing and the online phone numbers all go to Verizon corporate They don't go to the store so I can't get any help

Brian saved my butt and lowered my bill. I got a new phone but was having difficulty activating it. I was also on a time crunch. Brian made it his mission to get my phone activated quickly, and then there was time left over for him to find some promotions that saved me money on my monthly bill. He was conscientious, professional, and pleasant. Thanks again for bailing me out, Brian!

Okay I stopped in just to get a price on switching four lines. There was only one other person in the store being helped and there were three other people that were working.
So first you know they have to put you in the computer system then they have to find somebody to help you even though they're just sitting there waiting for someone to come in.
But the thing that really infuriates me is this is all you do You know that people are either switching from one of the other competitors or they've never had a cell phone before.
After explaining what I was trying to do and them trying to sell me phones hello the phone is a fixed price object the fees for the service or the unknown.
Well it takes probably close to 20 minutes going in the back not sure what they do back there putting it in the computer I guess and then they can finally spit out the same thing that I found online So really there's no benefit in going into the store other than just being frustrated.
So the moral of this is do yourself a favor either call the 800 number or go on their website it's a lot less painful
