    Annoying experience ordering online for pick up. I go to the store at the scheduled time and they cannot help me. I then have to call and sort out what’s going on with my order. They didn’t complete processing because there was a typo now I have to wait until when we they decide to process my order. Would have been easier just buying in person.

    PHENOMENAL SERVICE TODAY!! I went in at 7:40pm because my phone would not turn on and multiple people were so attentive. I wish I would’ve gotten all their names but they all served excellent customer service and they were so patient with me although they were closing at 8. They squeezed me in to make sure my phone was fixed tonight and I appreciate that so much. Excellently trained staff!

    We went in to the apple store to investigate purchasing a new Ipad for my wife. Rohan was amazing. He reviewed the differences between all the models. He helped up through the process and then he saved us money on the iCloud share . A great experience. All our experiences at this Farmington Ct store over 15 years have been great. Classes are nice

    I made an appointment online for today and came in to try and get my phone sorted out. Upon entering, none of the workers greeted me and I went out to my way to ask for help. The girl working was pleasant and helpful until she stuck me with her coworker. I explained the situation and he immediately looks at my phone and tells me I need a new phone case and phone in a demeaning manner. I explained that I’m a medical student and my funds are tight right now, and he proceeded to try to sell me a new phone instead of fixing the issue with my old one. After I told him I can’t buy one right now, he told me he had to use the restroom and ten minutes later I see him talking to new customers. An hour goes by and he checks on me. My phone is updating and it finishes. So I’m sitting there and I ask another worker for help, and he tells me he doesn’t know and he’s going to get the guy I was previously working with. Thirty minutes go by and I’m just sitting there waiting for him to help. I noticed he ignored me the whole time so I packed up my things and left. The employees act like the customers are the ones inconveniencing them if they aren’t making a sale. After buying a MacBook and iPhone and have AppleCare I guess it doesn’t matter in that store. What a huge waste of time.

    Throughly disappointed with my experience. I had my appointment set and I had to wait about 30 mins before my diagnosis was made. After diagnostics was ran, I had wait another 20 mins for a technician to address my concerns regarding my battery. I was told that all the internals would be replaced along with the battery as the parts were available. Repair was slated to be done in an hour. I returned an hour later to wait another 30 mins to be told that a part was not in stock and my phone was reassembled. I was informed by the team lead that the part will be ordered and I’ll receive notification when it arrives to return for the repair. I received no notification via email, text or call. I was then informed by Apple Support that the store closed the repair as completed. Very infuriating and disappointing
