    I recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon on 11/4, and what should have been a simple transition turned into several very frustrating days. T-Mobile locked my phone, and I wasn’t able to get it unlocked until 11/7. That morning, I went to a different Verizon store, which only partially helped. After tech support tried to link my line to the Verizon app, my phone went into SOS mode and would only work on WiFi. I spent almost all of Friday at work without a functioning phone. I left work early and went to this Verizon corporate store, and that’s when I met Kadine. From the moment she stepped in, everything changed. She connected me with the right tech support team and walked me through each step. Even though I left that night thinking the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, it wasn’t—so I returned on Sunday hoping to find her. Thankfully, Kadine was there, and she remembered exactly where we left off. She took ownership of my problem as if it were her own. I was honestly ready to cancel my new Verizon account altogether, but her dedication, professionalism, and patience are the only reasons I chose to stay. Not only was Kadine incredible, but the entire staff was supportive—three other team members checked in on me throughout the process and genuinely wanted to help. I wish I had their names, because they all deserve recognition. Moving forward, this will be the store I visit for anything I need. Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and Kadine truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location.

    No proper customer service I wanted give business and get my friends on board the first impression it self is very unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend going to these store

    Came in to switch to Verizon from T-Mobile and the process was so easy. Donald helped make the process as seamless as it could be and I was in and out with a new phone in under an hour. Super knowledgable, had me completely dialed in and will 100% see him for my next visit.
