After a month or so I opened the devices and saw they still show carrier locked status so I contacted this store again and they refused to entertain me and suggested me to dial helpline. I bought these phones for my family to gift them and I had a flight, but I had to miss my flight to get these phones fixed, they said it’ll go to carrier unlocked status automatically in a month so I brought them overseas and they never went to unlocked status despite paying full. I contacted Verizon customer service again and they’d bring on excuses that it shows unlocked on their side , they kept this wild goose chase for months until I came back USA and went to this store and they literally refused to entertain me again and suggested to call their helpline again. Verizon literally wasted months of my time and almost $2500.
