Traveled 40 minutes to get there, I was told they could help me, BUT they didn't say I needed an appointment, So frustrating, never going back again.

We went there for a new tv; in the Enfield store. Josh was very knowledgeable about the TV we were interested in; which led us to a much easier decision. Most of all he wasn't pushy. He gave us his full attention and didn't rush us.
