Store is closed and no one is here for my appointment. I’ve waited outside for over an hour. Really pissed off and disappointed. Why schedule an appointment if you aren’t open for your client.

The experience was not pleasant for me. I had a valid reason for wanting to leave the provider, as the phone reception was far from adequate and there was no way I could accept that. The cost of said service was very reasonable but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. Seth and his team after a few days of back and fourth wrangling got me through it and I can now finally hear my phone.
