- GFGail Franco3 days ago1.0I have been to Russell Cellular numerous times whether it be for operator issues, phone issues or purchasing a new phone. I cannot say enough about the manager Dan. He is always very patient with me, I am not etc-savvy at all. He takes however much time it takes to explain things, which is an gazillion times, until I comprehend. He’s extremely honest and will tell me if there is something on my plan the “I” really don’t need, therefore, reducing my bill and he has never tried to upsell me on a more expensive one. I was in the other day to purchase a new phone. Dan was not scheduled in yet. Roger (who I’d hadn’t had the pleasure of meeting) was there. Let me tell you, he is a younger version of Dan. He was great!!!! I warned him about my comprehension of understating technology). He was just as incredible. While I was there 2 gentleman walked in, George went to help them, they told him how happy they were with his service and that they’d be back in the future for new phones. I turned around and said to them “I would drive an hour just to come to this store”. That is how much I think about Dan and George. Thank you Dan & George for everything! Gail F

George was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & professional. He took the time to explain my options & went over all the details with my new phone. Both him & his manager were very helpful. I will return to this store in the future because of such a positive experience.
