You have to go to the Darien Ct Verizon store and work with Tahir. The service was exceptional. Tahir did a great job working with us and was very knowledgeable. We highly recommend him!

I had an excellent experience working with Mr. Jermaine for my phone replacement. Although there were some hiccups with the data transfer process taking longer than usual, I really appreciated Mr. Jermaine's patient attitude and helping us resolve all of our problems. Will highly recommend!

have quite literally had the month from hell working with this store. My husband and I were trying to start our first phone plan together, and from the beginning it has been nothing but issues. We were never informed of any hidden fees, yet our bill ended up being significantly more expensive than what we were originally quoted.
On my third visit, they somehow conveniently no longer had the original quote that showed the lower price. On top of that, when I tried to set up home internet, they accidentally added two internet plans to my account. I didn’t even have them for four days before realizing this wasn’t worth the hassle and returning them — yet I was still charged.
To make matters worse, they allowed my husband to leave the store without his phone service even being turned on. We then had to wait roughly 14 hours until the store opened again just to get his service activated.
Every time there’s an issue, no one in-store knows how to fix it. The only response I ever get is, “You’ll have to call customer service, there’s nothing we can do.” I’m now stuck with extra fees, billing errors, and zero accountability. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.
