    Be super wary! Verizon sold this store off to Cellular Sales, a third party franchisee where all the staff works entirely on commission. They misled me into upgrading three plans, adding additional "device protection," and charging for "device setup" services never performed. Came back three days later to return the new phones and entirely undo all the damage they did. Complete waste of time, and very shady sales practices. Shop online only or go to corporate Verizon stores elsewhere in the state. P.S. – ignore the review below from John McBreartry (he is the salesman that did all this – he is NOT a customer and is writing fake 5 star reviews to improve the rating).

    I had a fantastic experience at the Verizon store in Danbury, thanks to John and James. They were extremely helpful from start to finish, walking me through all the steps of purchasing and setting up my new phone. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel rushed, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

    It took 5 hours plus to try and sign up for mobile, internet, and landline. The technology was not good . The poor salesman had to redo te entire application 4 or 5 times andin the end i only left with a phone and mobile plan. Plus, the incentives offered ended up not being available in my area which i only learned at the end. So, the experience was subpar however, the man was excellent and i appreciate his efforts.
