    First, the employee told me that they don’t get anything out of our transactions which after research today I don’t believe that. But this is about how I was in absolute disbelief after the employee said taxes are only thing that was due and then when I asked for itemized receipt after payment he couldn’t provide one and then proceeded to say it was emailed to me. Never got the email still hours later now and so I waited in the store after payment for it to be printed. Then it wasn’t itemized. Then he asked manager to print it.. Sure enough when the receipt I see a fee for “Verizon set up and go” was there. I never agreed to this after I declined protection coverage, and Internet. But to include a fee to turn on a new phone and do a transfer that I actually did myself then communicate its taxes is a complete violation of consumer protection law. We have the right as consumers to be treated with respect and not be swindled or tricked. A misrepresentation of verbiage happened as he proceeded to say it was taxes and double down saying that the store bakes it in. Taxes are clearly labeled from state and set up and go fee is a totally different charge I never agreed to. But I guess he’s just the messenger. It really sucks that there is still shady business going on in today’s world. I hope this can be made right

    Great experience at the Verizon store! The staff is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took their time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Customer service was excellent, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend this store—great team and great service! I am very Happy with them
