  Great experience at the Verizon store! The staff is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took their time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Customer service was excellent, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend this store—great team and great service! I am very Happy with them

  Ivan was outstanding. He really went the distance. He really helped me with everything because I am not good with phones or computers at all. If you want someone great come see him. Everyone else in the store were very friendly and helpful as well.
