I'm writing this review to express my profound disappointment with my experience at VCA from an employee POV, particularly under the supervision of Dr.Bogdan and Evan. On numerous occasions, Dr. Bogdan undermined my intelligence and berated me instead of providing constructive education when I sought her guidance with confidence. This behavior created a hostile and discouraging work environment. Not only for me, but for the whole team. Furthermore, the constant absences of my manager led to a lack of stability and effective management within the hospital, exacerbating the already challenging circumstances. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone seeking a supportive and professionally enriching environment from a work place where there's no room to grow.
Working at this establishment presents numerous challenges that make it exceptionally difficult for employees. The combination of a toxic work environment, stemming from unsupportive senior staff, coupled with inadequate management, creates a climate of instability and stress. The added burden of colleagues reporting to work under the influence and the unprofessional conduct of medical staff further exacerbates the difficulties. These issues collectively undermine employee morale, increase workload pressures, and detract from the quality of patient care, making it an unsustainable and highly challenging place to work. Last but not least, the way Dr.Bogdan shows care for her Patients makes me think their not her first priority. Let me tell you why- working there on a normal say consists of Dr. Bogdan, taking numerous personal calls. In which, interferes with patients appointments and leaves clients upset for waiting. This place is a disaster and its falling to shambles. I hope you find another vet with reasonable prices and a place where Doctors care- because at VCA Northside- you wont find that.

I am so glad I found this clinic. I know vet care is expensive, but their care program is not bad compared to other private vet practices where just one visit is like $700 or more. Their vet tech Jeff is so caring and warmth, same with Jonathan in the front desk and of course Dr. Carrie Mann has a great doctor-patient manner.
