I had a problem with a product that I purchased. I thought I would have to have someone look at it but because it was a printer and an issue where it wouldn't print I was told to just take a new one. I was totally surprised, but they said it could be an issue with a little piece of paper stuck or a sensor problem. Not only did they handle everything beautifully, but offered to get me help getting it to the car. I declined but it was very nice to have the offer since I'm 77 and the printer was rather heavy

I went to geek squad after I bought a iPad online from them. I wanted them to set it up. I go to the line which I was the only one there and the guy told me I need a appointment if I wanted to see them. When did this happen ? I am a silver card holder. I really don’t like nasty people. I had to walk away not having my iPad checked. These people who work there need to learn how to work with the public.
