Bought a TV from best buy. Needed Geek Squad to set it up, as I don't understand technology. They did a good job setting it up. But I had some things I didn't understand how to work after a couple days. Called Geek Squad and was told it would cost $199.00 to come and just help me out! That is the biggest ripoff. There are people like me who have a hard time with technology. So I am not getting the most out of this new TV. The woman on the phone was rude, and I couldn't understand her at all! I will never use best buy again. Would it kill them to send some help after all I paid them already? Service is not what it used to be! It sucks.

I went to geek squad after I bought a iPad online from them. I wanted them to set it up. I go to the line which I was the only one there and the guy told me I need a appointment if I wanted to see them. When did this happen ? I am a silver card holder. I really don’t like nasty people. I had to walk away not having my iPad checked. These people who work there need to learn how to work with the public.
