  Here is a polished version that keeps your voice and story, just a bit smoother: When we walked into Best Buy, we were greeted right at the front door by Kiki, who asked if we needed help. Of course we did. We were two exhausted women who had been packing and preparing for weeks for a move across states. Kiki asked what we were looking for, and I said, “a printer.” She immediately offered to show us, but as we walked over, I started talking about our move and how we would eventually need a washer and dryer. In our tired state, it hadn’t even occurred to us that we could purchase them here and have them delivered to South Carolina. Kiki simply said, “you can buy it here and have it delivered there.” Done. With Kiki’s help, along with the Samsung and LG specialists, we reviewed the options and ultimately chose an LG set. It wasn’t a rushed decision. There were plenty of questions and thoughtful conversations along the way. Kiki was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Honestly, she saved us so much time and stress by helping us handle this now and arrange delivery for when we arrive. It made our lives so much easier. And after all of that, we even managed to buy a printer. Thank you, Kiki, and thank you, Best Buy, for hiring such a warm, professional, and genuinely helpful person. Julie and Deb

  title for best buy is dump the junk they take returned appliances and will bring them to customers homes as new not repaired and they wiil use the excuee you must have gottten out of the box,this jon h who comes supposrlity as curictto measrre isnt there for anthing nice he has clipboard board of junk that has to be dumped-stevenfrom geek squad came to get new pirnter that never worked he stood at the of the room where the printer was said leave it unpugged i said but it doesnt work turned and left also neve rgo to the store and ask for a recomendation you will get product that is bad headquarters want dumped -us local stores not corportions

  Went to this location around 8pm last week and the night crew from cashier to security guard were all hanging out and on their phone...not one person approached me to see if I needed help. I spend 10 minutes looking at the bose headphones ...ending up going to target and buying them there instead...please retrain the night crew
