  Went into the store after work to create a line for my daughter’s watch and Kennedy helped me and I thought she was very helpful or so I thought. Till I got home saw the receipt that she couldn’t show me at the store because her tablet had technical difficulties only to get home to see the receipt and she added instead of 1 number for the watch separate from my own there were 2 lines which neither numbers worked on the watch. Before leaving the store I reiterated myself 3 times regarding the pricing for the line, the number that would appear for the watch and moving forward my monthly charge that she stated would stay at $231. Store closed at 7pm called the customer service number only to be left on hold for 45 minutes spoke with Rohan who stated couldn’t help me so sent me to IT at which time IT women that came on the phone hung up on me a total waste of my time 1 hour and 15 minutes later. For all the fees that get added to these services and the bills it’s extremely frustrating to realize nobody cares about customer service even though that’s all they advertise. I will be going to another Verizon store to see if I can find someone whose actually efficient and competent at their job. Customer service didn’t even bother to call back to see if my issue was resolved.

  My phone bill was through the roof, I stopped into what I thought was a corporate store. It wasn’t, but a sales woman Kennedy helped me get my bill to something much more cost effective in today’s economy. Shout out to this store and this representative👍🏼

  On 12/20 I went into this store to upgrade my phone - Kennedi was so nice and helpful, informative - was truly happy with my experience - Until I got my new bill from Verizon. To my surprise I found Verizon protect on my account - this is not something I had before I upgraded my phone and I was not explicitly asked. Upon returning a week later to hand in my trade in device - it took over an hour because come to find out she processed the trade in as if I left it that day, causing the other rep to call customer service and if it wasn't for me finding a trade-in receipt dated for the day of the transaction it would have taken longer. This was intriguing considering I explicitly told her I would like to have a shipping label to keep my phone for a few days. She assured me that was not necessary, to just bring it in and it would be an in & out thing. Customer service and personability 5-stars; sneaking on new services -5 stars. Luckily Verizon customer service was able to reverse some of the charges that were tacked on without my knowledge.

  Excellent!! Well informed, extremely helpful. Luis walked us through all of our upgrade options with great patience. Went through our current bill thoroughly to see if there were ways we can save some money on our monthly bill. 10/10. Job well done!

  I was having such a hard time with customer service. Nobody helps, but I came in and the representative Kennedy got everything squared away and helped me get a new phone. Mine was a dinosaur. Thank you to Kennedy the president. - Danny
