We weren’t pressured into any additional work if we didn’t want it. We chose to do vaccinations but passed on some lab work since it wasn’t urgent. We asked for the price of the lab work and they got that for us while we were still in the exam room. They had a Churu treat for our cats while they got their vaccines. Our concerns regarding one of our cats were heard with no complaint unlike other vets we’ve been to. The doctor actually gave the same opinion we had regarding our cat’s behavior. The receptionists were very friendly and it wasn’t busy. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this vet!
