He was very helpful in explaining the plans and current promos. I felt very comfortable dealing with Devin and highly recommend him. While I was there, I heard him dealing with an older couple with courtesy and respect. Devin is your guy if looking to change providers and/or for current Verizon customers to review your plans to better fit your needs.
