  Where do I begin with my experience regarding the VCA in Cheshire? I think at the beginning. My dog who is 11 years old had begun to have symptoms of what I Thought was the beginning of a UTI. When her symptoms began, I had made An appointment Old Veterinary Hospital, that I wish to not name right now. Due to certain circumstances, I had to cancel at least twice, but my dog Lylah’s Symptoms were getting worse, so I ended up booking an appointment at her old Veterinary Hospital and met that appointment. Upon her exam, the doctor had said she believed that Lylah. might have diabetes and left to get blood work and was going to get her urine as well. While I was waiting for Lylah to return back into the room due to circumstances for which I will not go into detail right now her appointment was abruptly stopped by their upper management. I would like you all to know that this had nothing to do with me or anything I did for that to have happened as to the reason why her appointment had been abruptly stopped. I made the payment and walked out the door. Soon after I left I had contacted VCA Cheshire and was graciously given an appointment to establish care after I explained briefly what had happened at her old Veterinary Hospital. A few days later, Lylah‘s symptoms had gotten severely worse to the point she had to be rushed to central hospital where her diabetes because It had been untreated put her in a state of DKA (diabetic ketoacidosis) which could have killed her had I had not taken her to Central. After she was stabilized, I had a follow up appointment with the VCA and to be perfectly honest you don’t know how bad you or your animals have been treated until you have the care for your pet like the care this hospital and her doctor has been giving her since the day she went for her first visit. Lylah’s doctor is Dr. Arnavat and without her and her team I am not sure if Lylah would’ve made it this far. I have full access to Dr. Arnavat Morning noon or night. I have even had questions and have had received text messages from the doctor while she was out of work or off for that day. The staff are absolutely wonderful. I can call whenever I need to speak to or share some concerns with regards to Lylah’s illness. There is no length that Dr. Arnavat or her staff will go to that’ll ensure Lylah’s wellness is front and center. Her old Veterinary Hospital I have always felt would not be readily available to any of my animals needs. If you did not have those concerns during the time of their appointment then good luck to them. I recommend this hospital to anyone who is looking for a team to be a part of your pets medical needs life changing or not. The technicians are capable and caring individuals, and I have every confidence in their ability to make sure that my animals are safe and cared for. I want to thank everyone for treating my animals as if they were their own. And for that, I give them a five star. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!

  I’m writing this review under my son‘s account because I have no clue why his Google is signed into my phone. But my name is Sara.These people are the absolute best. Yesterday I came home from work and my dog pooped diarrhea and blood all over his cage. Soon as I let him out the crate he projectile pooped bright red blood on the floor. It was late so I didn’t take him to the vet. Next day comes I am freaking out on where to take him. That’s fairly priced and it’s actually gonna do a good job with my dog. I looked up reviews and a lot of the reviews were trash. A couple people did recommend this place and when I googled it, I realized I actually went to this place years ago when my same dog got hit by a car. I absolutely love this place last time and this time They’ve taken care of my dog. They were fast about it, the facility was clean, the girls at the front desk and the Vet were not just nice but professional and very much informative. This place is fairly priced and they will give you a list of what your dog may need with the pricing and you just pick what you can afford at the time. This is definitely the place to go and I will continue to go here. Thank you to the girls in the office and thank you to the Vet for doing such a great job, keeping me informed talking to me about every little thing and making sure that I got everything that I needed for him. Thank you, thank you thank you AGAIN. I love this place so much I made a TikTok just for them

  Dr. Prescia is absolutely an angel who will guide you to the best possible solution for your pet!! She is super kind sweet and helpful , makes sure you are helped as quickly as possible with as much info as possible about the process and ongoing situation. I am truly grateful as I have now brought 3 pets to her and all of them continue to improve thanks to help from her. I cannot recommend her enough , even if it means she gets booked more I think she is the best doctor there hands down!!! Mia, Luna, Pacho all say THANK YOU!!

  My friend took her very sick cat here last week and was not only made to feel like everything was fine, but they declined to run tests by stating ‘if it’s not broke don’t fix it’ despite the fact that he had puked up blood (to which they said “well it could be worse”)and was barely eating. Their cat continued to decline and passed away from kidney failure yesterday after going to another vet ER who had the decency to actually show real concern and run tests. their poor baby could have been saved if the Cheshire VCA took them more seriously. When she called to inform the Cheshire VCA that he had passed, they simply stated “sorry. We’ll update the chart”. If anyone can be blamed for his passing it’s this place who chose to be dismissive instead of doing the job they are paid to do.
