I was pushed into an upgrade and trade-in, and the traded device was never properly submitted to Verizon. As a result, the promised trade-in credit was not applied and improper charges continue. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this with store management and received inconsistent explanations and no corrective action. The failure to account for customer property and billing errors reflects a serious lack of compliance. This matter has been formally escalated to Verizon corporate, and all records and communications are being retained. Customers are strongly advised to obtain written documentation and tracking for any upgrade or trade-in at this location.

Even worse, they can’t account for my phone .. it is completely missing. The employee who handled the trade-in no longer works there, and no one can explain what happened. Months of calls, store visits, and chats have gotten me nowhere. Verizon should launch an investigation into this store and how they handle trade-ins. These employees are scammers, and customers should be warned. This store cannot be trusted with your devices or personal information.

I had a very positive experience at this location.
