- JBJonathan BuchJan 27, 20261.0I signed up with Verizon through the Russell Cellular store. I paid Russell Cellular sign up fees and was told that they'd get the Verizon activation fees waived. Unfortunately the Verizon service was unuseable in my area and I ended up canceling the service after 4 days. I've been charged over $500 in fees and service ($30 for the actual service and the rest is fees) for what amounts to 4 days of terrible coverage. Russell Cellular didn't follow through and get the Verizon fees waived like they said. When I went to the store to talk about it they said they'd get it taken care of (even had me hang up on Verizon customer care after they said they could potentially work with me) because the GM flat out said they'd fix it. They were in complete agreement that this was BS and i shouldn't be charged for this. Almost a month later they finally get back to me and say that they're sorry but there's nothing they can do. What happened to keeping your word? What happened to the 30 day no worry guarantee y'all bragged about? This isn't acceptable. I've already paid over $300 for 4 days of service and now you send me a bill for $200 more? Refund the Russell Cellular fees... that'll cover most of it.

Apple can’t even find them they screwed it up so bad. Oh and get charged $100 restocking fee to buy the new iPhone 17… never heard of such a thing!
