If a rep didn’t know an answer, they took the time to find it rather than guessing or pretending, which is something that sets this location apart from others. A special shout-out to Tanner for getting us started and knowing when to ask for help, and to Pete, who took over our unusually complex situation and was truly phenomenal. Pete treated us like VIPs. He was focused, personable, and consistent across multiple visits. He clearly explained each step, followed through to completion, and provided exceptional knowledge of Verizon’s systems, all while seamlessly also supporting other staff members’ needs without ever making us feel less important. Even though our issue required three visits, we always left confident and informed. I also observed that every time I was in the store, every customer left happy. And for the first time ever, I left a phone/Internet provider feeling completely satisfied and actually valued as a customer, not just another commission source or number. Everyone at this location needs raises!

I never felt rushed. He took all the time necessary to answer my questions and to make sure all my need were met. This is the only store I will use for all my Verizon needs. Verizon is and will be my only providers.
